Our Maintenance Plan
Monthly service $85*
Includes:
- Filter change
- Drain flushed and treated
- Freon check
- Overall system checkup
Quarterly service $130*
Includes same as monthly but also includes condenser coil rinse.
Bi-annual service $215*
Includes all services listed under monthly and quarterly maintenance plus an in-place coil cleaning and sanitizing on evaporator. Also includes preseason readiness.
Monthly service
Cost: $130.00 per AC unit per visit *Price does not include the cost of filters
Includes:
- Replace indoor air filter
- Verify correct Freon levels
- Flush condensate drain line
- Inspect indoor & outdoor fan motors
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Check for proper amperage & voltage
- Inspect all safety controls
- Check and calibrate thermostat
- Test for Freon leaks
- Removal and disposal of all materials
Quarterly service
Cost: $185.00 per AC unit per visit *Price does not include the cost of filters
Includes same as monthly PLUS a condenser coil rinse
Bi-annual service
Cost: $260.00 per AC unit per visit *Price does not include the cost of filters
